Share of criminals in Russia 2021, by education and gender
Out of all women who committed a crime in Russia in 2021, over 15.2 percent had a higher professional education, whereas the share of male criminals with a degree amounted to almost 10.35 percent. Nearly 34 percent of male offenders completed elementary and basic general education programs.
